油页岩废渣场植林修复过程中的土壤微生物生态

【摘要】 对广东茂名油页岩工业固体废物堆置场裸露灰渣地与植林 1年和 16年灰渣地试验区的理化性质、土壤微生物数量及其生化活性进行对比分析 .结果表明 :植林 16年的试验区土壤可培养微生物总数比裸地对照提高了约 2 0倍 ,脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性以及土壤呼吸速率都明显增强 ,土壤理化性质也有所改善 ;但植林 1年的试验区与裸地对照相差不大 .在营林改造中 ,大叶相思对土壤改良效果要比桉树好 .表 2参 11

【Abstract】 Analyses and comparison were conducted to investigate the properties of soil and amount of soil microorganisms in the bare spent oil shale and the soil developed on the 1-year and 16-year experimental forestation field, which was located in the soil waste dumping area of Maoming, Guangdong Province. The results revealed that the amount of soil cultural microorganisms in the 16-year experimental forestation field was 20 times as much as that in the bare spent oil shale; soil enzyme activities, including urease, phosphatase, invertase activities, and soil respiration rates were obviously higher, the properties of soil were also greatly improved; while the characteristics of soil microorganisms were little different between the 1-year experimental forestation field and the bare spent oil shale. The study showed that the effect on plant rehabilitation through Acacia auriculaeformis was better than that through Eucalyptus sp. Tab 2, Ref 11
