13株真菌对聚β-羟基丁酸酯膜的降解特性
BIODEGRADATION OF PHB BY 13 STRAINS OF FUNGI
【摘要】 从不同来源的活性污泥中分离筛选出 13株可降解聚 β -羟基丁酸酯 (PHB)的真菌 ,分别编号为DS970 1、DS970 2、DS970 3、DS970 4、DS970 5、DS970 6、DS970 7、DS970 8、DS970 9、DS9710、DS9711、DS9712、DS9713.对DS97系列真菌降解PHB膜的特性进行了研究 .结果表明 ,各菌株平均降解PHB膜速率之间的差异均达到极显著水平 ;13个菌株对PHB膜的降解可分为四种类型 ,即缓慢降解—快速降解—缓慢降解 ;缓慢降解—快速降解 ;缓慢降解—等速降解 ;缓慢降解—中速降解—快速降解 .图 4表 4参 11
【Abstract】 Thirteen strains of fungi degrading poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)(PHB)activity were isolated from activated sludge of different ecological environments, named DS9701, DS9702, DS9703, DS9704, DS9705, DS9706, DS9707, DS9708, DS9709, DS9710, DS9711, DS9712 and DS9713, respectively. The degradation behavior of PHB film was studied using all strains of fungi obtained. It was shown that the differences of PHB degradation by various strains were quite remarkable. The degradation manner could be classified into four types, i.e., slow-fast-slow, slow-fast, slow-constant and slow-a litter fast-fast, according to their degradation rates. Fig 4, Tab 4, Ref 11
