黄精多糖的抗单纯疱疹病毒作用
POLYSACCHARIDE FROM POLYGONATUM CYRTONEMA HUAAGAINST HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS IN VITRO
【摘要】 体外抗单纯疱疹病毒试验表明 :黄精多糖对非洲绿猴肾细胞 (Verocell)的最大无毒浓度为 16mg/mL .在对Vero细胞无毒性的浓度下对单纯疱疹病毒 1型 (Stoker株 )和 2型 (333株和Sav株 )均有显著的抑制作用 .对Stoker株的半抑制浓度 (IC50 )为 3 .95mg/mL ,最小有效浓度 (MIC)为 1.0mg/mL ;对 333株的IC50 为 8.0mg/mL ,MIC为 8.0mg/mL ;对Sav株的IC50 为 7.72mg/mL ,MIC为 4mg/mL .MTT染色的结果表明 ,黄精多糖能显著提高病毒感染的Vero细胞的活力 ,对细胞有保护作用 .图 1表 4参 11
【Abstract】 The anti-herpes virus effects of PD, a polysaccharide from Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were studied in cultured Vero cells in vitro. In the experiments, the Vero cells infected with HSV type 1 (stoker strain), type 2 (333 strain) and type 2 (sav strain) were treated with PD solution. The anti-virus activity was evaluated by cytopathogenic effect(CPE) assay and optical density (D λ) change in MTT measurement. The IC 50 of PD against stoker strain, 333 strain and sav strain were 3.95 mg/mL, 8.0 mg/mL and 7.72 mg/mL, respectively; the D λ of PD-treated group was much higher than that of cell group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).
