【摘要】 目的:探讨夏莲颗粒剂的抗炎及对甲状腺肿的拮抗作用。方法:采用大鼠角叉菜胶性足趾肿胀和棉球植入法致炎症模型,观测药物的抗炎作用;以甲巯咪唑诱发大鼠甲状腺肿为模型,观测药物抗甲状腺肿的作用。结果:夏莲颗粒剂不仅能明显减轻急、慢性炎症反应,且对甲状腺肿有明显的抑制作用。结论:夏莲颗粒剂具有明显的抗炎及抗甲状腺肿的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and antithyroid enlargement actions of Xialian granule.Methods:We made inflammation models with carrageenin and cotton ball implantation to observe its anti-inflammatory action,and with Thiamazole to made thyroid enlargement model.We observed its antithyroid enlargement action.Results:Xialian granule can inhibited acute and chronic inflammation reaction and obviously inhibited thyroid enlargement.Conclusion:Xialian granule has obvious anti-inflammatory and antithyroid enlargement actions.更多还原
