【摘要】 目的:建立八味木香胶囊中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法:反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为LUNAC18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇-水(77∶23),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为343nm。结果:胡椒碱的进样量在0.010～0.100μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.85%,RSD为2.21%。结论:反相高效液相色谱法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于八味木香胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish assay method of the content of chavicin in Bawei Costusroot capsule. Methods: By RP- HPLC, column is LUNA C18( 5 μ m, 150 mm× 4.6 mm) , mobile phase is methanol- water( 77 ∶ 23) , flow- rate is 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength is 343nm? Results: The injection sample dose of chavicin at 0.010～ 0.100μ g, it has well linear relation with peak area( r=0.999 9) , average recover rate is 98.85% , RSD is 2.21% . Conclusion:RP- HPLC is convenient and easy to perform, it is accurate and reliable, is applicable to quality control of Bawei costusroot capsule.更多还原
