甘草酸等化合物对两种豚鼠肾11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶活性影响的差异

【摘要】 目的:证明甘草酸等化合物抑制花、白两种豚鼠肾11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶的作用存在差异。方法:运用微粒体酶分析技术,测定加入甘草酸等化合物后,两种酶对底物皮质醇的转化率,并比较两者的差异。结果:加入甘草酸等抑制剂后,花豚鼠的酶对底物皮质醇的转化率明显高于白豚鼠。结论:花、白豚鼠的肾11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶对甘草酸等抑制剂的敏感性存在显著性差异。

【Abstract】 Objective: It proved that the inhibitory effects of glycyrrhizic acid etc on renal 11 β - hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase of blurred and white guinea pig had difference. Methods: By using microsomal enzyme analysis technique, determine the transforming rate of substrate cortisol by two enzymes after adding glycyrrhizic acid etc, and compare their difference. Results: After adding glycyrrhizic acid etc, the transforming rate of cortisol by enzymes from blurred guinea pig was significantly higher than that of white guinea pig. Conclusion: The sensitivity of renal 11 β -hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase of blurred and white guinea pig to glycyrrhizic acid etc had significant difference.
