光电探测系统温度自动补偿技术
TEMPERATURE SELF-COMPENSATING TECHNOLOGY OF PHOTOELECTRIC DETECTING SYSTEM
【摘要】 光电元器件的基本参数都随温度而变化,这严重地影响了由它们组成的光电探测系统对环境温度的适应性。本文运用信号与系统的理论,分析光电探测系统自动温度补偿技术的原理,提出温度自动补偿技术能有效地调整光电探测系统发光器件的工作电流和实现光电探测系统的温度自动补偿功能。
【Abstract】 The basic parameters of photoelectric components vary with ambient temperature. This seriously influences the temperature adaptability of the photoelectric detecting system composed by them. The principle of temperature selfcompensating technology used in the photoelectric detecting system is analyzed with the theory of signal and system. With this technology,the forward current of lightemitting component used in our photoelectric detecting system has been effectively adjusted. Therefore,temperature selfcompensating function of photoelectric detecting system has been achieved.
