【Abstract】 Hospital group is one of the important form of hospital recombination.The reform aim is to share the medical resources and advantgeas.But simplex running mode would restrict the development of hospital group.So,the exploration in implementing various form will take great effect on sustaining development in hospital group.In this paper,we study the mode of medical organization with various from in Shanghai Ruijin Hospital Group,and discuss the process and method of the development strategy in health care system.更多还原
