【摘要】 目的:研讨评价SARS定点医院绩效的指标体系与方法,为政府进行评价提供依据。方法:依据SARS防治工作的要求和医院工作规律,提出了涉及医院临床服务、预防控制、工作效率和患者满意度等四个方面的评价指标体系和方法。结果与结论:提出了15项与SARS救治工作相关的指标,给出了百分制的评分方法,可用于评价定点医院的绩效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper is to establish the indicator system to measure the performance of the SARS designated hospitals and assist the government to conduct evaluation.Method Based upon the demand for SARS treatment and control and the characteristics of the hospitals, indicator system and evaluation method was suggested with the special attention to clinical services, prevention and control, efficiency and responsiveness.Result & Conclusion The evaluation system includes 15 indicators which are related with the treatment and prevention.Scoring system was also suggested by the author.This system can be used to measure the performance of SARS designated hospitals.更多还原
