【摘要】 目的:研究福建省卫生政策下放(“放权”)调研现场10个卫生院卫生服务指标(业务收入比重、门急诊数和住院数等)的相互关系,为提高卫生服务水平提供参考。方法:调查指标据其百分位数分为3个水平。以SPSS软件包中较新颖的对应分析(ANACOR)与同质分析(HOMALS)进行数据处理与绘图。结果:对应分析表明,“业务收入比重”与“门急诊数”、“住院数”关系密切(线性x~2值P<0.05);同质分析表明,“业务收入比重”与“门急诊数”、“住院数”3个变量的3个水平间关系也密切。“业务收入比重”与“总收入”随“门急诊数”、“住院数”的增加而增加。结论:对应分析与同质分析法不但能像x~2检验那样分析各指标不同分类间的关系,而且还能以2维、3维坐标图更直观、形象,更易理解地表达,但涉及的统计学知识较复杂是其难点。1993年“放权”以来,乡镇卫主院的“业务收入比重”与“总收入”随“门急诊数”的增加而增加;增加“门急诊数”并收治住院,可增加“业务收入比重”,更可提高卫技人员的积极性,使卫生院的运转进入良性循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the relationships of some indexes of health service, percentage of income from medical service (MED), No. of out-patient and emergency (PAT), No. of hospitalzed(HOS), in township health centers (THC) for improving the services. The survey fields were in Fujian and the data were collected in the periods of decentralization to THC (1993 -1997) . Methods The index data were divided into 3 levels based on its percentile and analyzed by correspondence analysis (ANACOR) and homogeneity analysis(HOMALS) in SPSS 10. Results When analyzing by ANA-COR, between 2 variables and their 3 levels, there were the relationships between MED and PAT, MED and HOS; When analyzing by HOMALS,among 3 indexes and their 3 levels,there were some similar relationships;MED, PAT and HOS. MED were increasing with PAT andHOS. Conclusion The relationships of some health service indexes in THC can be analyzed not only by x2 test, but also by ANACOR and HOMALS in SPSS. And the results can be clearly shown in the plots with 2 or 3 axes. The analytical results are the same as x2 test and more directly to show the relationships of health service indexes in THC.更多还原
