【Abstract】 Cetirizine hydrochloride, an antihistamine,is chiral whose (R)-( + )-enantiomer has no biological activity. In this paper,the enantioseparation of cetirizine hydrochloride was studied on CDMPC chiral stationary phase(CSP) .
