反相高效液相色谱法测定双氯芬酸钾的含量
Determination Method of Diclofenac Potassium by RP-HPLC
【摘要】 目的 :建立双氯芬酸钾的反相高效液相色谱含量测定法。方法 :用乙醇溶解 ,以酮洛芬为内标 ,采用AltimaC1 82 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm色谱柱 ,流动相采用甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (V V) (80∶2 0∶0 .2 ) ,检测波长 2 75nm。结果 :线性范围 10~ 2 0 0 μg·mL 1 ,Y =2 .19× 10 3 + 0 .0 15 8X ,r =0 .9999。结论 :该方法准确灵敏 ,精密度好 ,可以作为双氯芬酸钾质量标准的测定方法。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of diclofenac potassium. Method:Altima C_ 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) as the chromagraphic column and methel-water-acetic(80:20:0.2)as the mobile phase were adopted. Results:The standard curves for diclofenac potassium were linear in the range of 10-200 μg·mL -1 , Y =2.19×10 -3 +0.0158 X , r =0.999 9. Conclusion:The method is sensitive and accurate. It can be used as the determination method of the quality standard of diclofenac potassium.
