【摘要】 目的 :研究复方角菜酸酯栓治疗单纯性肛裂的有效性及安全性。方法 :10 0例肛裂患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 5 0例 ,每次用 0 .1%的聚维酮碘消毒伤口后 ,早晚各用复方角菜酸酯栓 1粒塞入肛门内 ;对照组 5 0例 ,用 1∶5 0 0 0高锰酸钾溶液 5 0 0～ 10 0 0mL坐浴 ,bid ,每次 15min ,之后外换九华膏。均连用 7d。结果 :治疗组出血、疼痛、瘙痒、水肿、糜烂的减轻程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组均未出现全身不良反应。结论 :复方角菜酸酯栓治疗单纯性肛裂的临床效果明显 ,安全性高 ,无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and safety of compound Comb. Carraghenates suppository for simple anal fissure. Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups, among them, 50 were given compound Comb. Carraghenates suppository, and the remaining 50 received potassium permanganate as contral group. Results:After the treatment, Comb. Carraghenates group showed less bleeding, pain and itching than the contral group. No systemic adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion:Compound Comb. Carraghenates suppository is better than the conventional method of using potassium permanganate in treating simple anal fissure and has no obvious side effects.更多还原
