【摘要】 目的 :比较匹维溴铵联合双歧三联活菌与单剂匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法 :将 84例肠易激综合征患者随机分成 2组 ,治疗组 44例 ,应用匹维溴铵 5 0mg ,po ,tid ,加双歧三联活菌胶囊 2颗 ,po ,tid ;对照组 40例 ,应用单剂匹维溴铵 5 0mg ,po ,tid。疗程均为 4周。结果 :治疗组有效率 97.7% ,对照组有效率 80 .0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组对缓解腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、便秘、粘液便优于对照组。结论 :匹维溴铵联合双歧三联活菌是治疗肠易激综合征的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the curative effect of pinaverium bromide in combination with Bifid. Triple viable power with that of pinaverium bromide alone in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods:84 patients with IBS were randomly divided into two groups. 44 patients of the treatment group were given each 50 mg of pinaverium bromide, PO, t.i.d. and two pills of Bifid. Triple viable power, PO, t.i.d.. 40 patients of the control group were given 50 mg of pinaverium bromide alone, PO, t.i.d.. The course of treatment in both groups lasted 4 weeks. Results:The curative effect in patients of the treatment groups was 97.7%, while that of the control group was only 80.0%(P<0.05). The effects of remitting abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation and mucous stool in patients of the treatment group were far much better than those of the control group. Conclusion:Pinaverium bromide in combination with bifid triple viable power was shown to be effective in the treatment of IBS.更多还原
