【摘要】 目的 :通过肺炎清的动物实验研究 ,探讨其止咳祛痰平喘作用。方法 :参考相关文献制备小鼠模型 ,观察不同剂量肺炎清 (大剂量组 :每 2 0g小鼠用 0 .5 0 0mL ;中剂量组 :每 2 0g小鼠用 0 .2 5 0mL ;小剂量组 :每 2 0g小鼠用 0 .12 5mL)对小鼠止咳、祛痰、平喘等作用。结果 :止咳作用表明 :肺炎清大、中、小剂量组均能够明显延长咳嗽潜伏期 ,减少咳嗽次数 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;祛痰作用表明 :肺炎清大剂量组有明显祛痰作用 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。平喘作用表明 :肺炎清大、中、小剂量组均能够明显抑制哮喘反应 ,潜伏期明显延长 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肺炎清具有明显的止咳、祛痰、平喘等作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the pharmacodynamics of feiyanqing in stopping cough, removing sputum and calming asthma. Method: Feiyanqing was dispensed in different doses given to the models of family mice. Then the effects of stopping cough, removing sputum and calming asthma were observed. Results:The feiyanqing groups with high, moderate and low doses could all markedly prolong cough latent period and reduce cough times in the experiment of stopping cough. Comparing with the control group, there was great significant difference ( P <0.01); The feiyanqing group with high dose could remove sputum evidently in the experiment of removing sputum, comparing with the control group, there was significant difference( P <0.05); the feiyanqing groups with high, moderate and low doses could inhibit asthma reaction obviously and prolong asthma latent period in the experiment of claming asthma. Comparing with the control group, there was great significant difference( P <0.01). Conclusion: Feiyanqing has the function of stopping cough, removing sputum, calming asthmas in the experimental mice.更多还原
