【摘要】 目的 :观察鱼腥草对青霉素和头孢唑林在兔体内抗菌作用的影响。方法 :将健康家兔 2 5只分为 5组 ,每组 5只。第 1组注射鱼腥草 ;第 2组注射青霉素 ;第 3组注射青霉素加鱼腥草 ;第 4组注射头孢唑林 ;第 5组注射头孢唑林加鱼腥草。用量 :鱼腥草 1mL·kg 1 ,青霉素 0 .12g·kg 1 ,头孢唑林 0 .0 7g·kg 1 。连续耳缘静脉注射 6d后取耳缘静脉血3mL ,按微生物法测定各组药物抗菌活性。结果 :鱼腥草在体内外无明显抗菌活性 ,对兔体内青霉素抗菌活性有显著增强作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,对头孢唑林抗菌活性无显著作用 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :鱼腥草与青霉素联用有协同作用 ,与头孢唑林联用可能无相关作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of herba houttuyniae on the in vivo antibacterial activitiy of penicillin G and cefazolin in rabbits. Methods:25 healthy rabbits were divided into 5 groups, with 5 animals each. The rabbits of group 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were given a daily IV injection of herba houttuyniae (1 mL·kg -1), penicillin G (0.12 g·kg -1), herba houttuyniae (1 mL·kg -1) and penicillin G (0.12 g·kg -1), cefazolin (0.07 g·kg -1), herba houttuyniae (1 mL·kg -1) and cefazolin (0.07 g·kg -1), respectuely, for 6 consecutive days. 3 ml of blood were than taken from the marginal vein of each rabbit and the antibacterial activities of the sera were measured by microbiological methods. Results:Herba houttuyniae itself was shown to have little antibacterial activity in vitro and in vivo, but it did very significantly enhance the in vivo antibacterial activity of penicillin G(P<0.01) . However, herba houttuyniae had no obvious influencon the antibacterial activity of cefazolin(P>0.05). Conclusion:Herba houttuyniae in combination with penicillin G, but not with cefazolin, was shown to have a synergistic antibacterial activity.更多还原
