【Abstract】 As a complicated social phenomenon,the appearance of rural hooligans and the formation of evil-forces are due to many factors influencing and interacting with one another.The paper analyzes thesocial mechanism of this phenomenon and at the same time puts forth countermeasures to control rural hooligans and evil-forces:strengthening local government construction in rural areas,shifting rural superfluous labor forces,reinforcing law education and punish corruption and wicked organizations, developing and improving social organizations and mass group,and paying more attention to rural culture construction.更多还原
