【摘要】 知情同意是重要的病人权利之一。患方知情同意权的排序 ,直接关系到病人的利益 ,是一个不容忽视的伦理问题 ,也是一个必须解决的实践问题。对知情同意权的内容 ,患方权利人的范围、资格和排序从医学伦理学角度进行初步分析 ,同时探讨了在特殊情况下知情同意权的伦理悖论和操作上的两难问题。我们认为 ,在医疗行业快速市场化的今天 ,尽快建立病人权利法规 ,对包括知情同意权在内的病人权利作出法律规定 ,已经是十分必要和十分迫切了。更多还原

【Abstract】 The order of priority of obligee on the patients’ side about informed consent,which is a problem not be ignored,is connected with patients’ interests.From medical ethical view,to analyse the content of right for informed consent,the scope and qualification of obligee on the patients’ side;meanwhile,to discuss the dilemma of ethical paradox and practice in special condition.We think it is necessary and urgent that a law of patients’ rights should be made as soon as possible,including the right for informed consent.更多还原
