【摘要】 目的 应用彩色多普勒超声心动图对冠脉搭桥术前后左心功能进行评价。方法 对99例冠脉搭桥术患者(男69例,女30例,年龄45-66岁)分别于术前术后测量其左室射血分数(EF)、心输出量(CO)、二尖瓣口血流E/A波频谱和时相及观察二维室壁运动情况。结果 79例(80%)术后EF值均有不同程度升高(P<0.01);59例(60%)CO值增加(P<0.01);93例(95%)E/A比例有术前倒置变为正常或变大(P<0.01),统计学上均有显著性差异。结论 彩色超声成像对冠脉搭桥术前术后左心功能及手术本身的评价,不失为一种较为有效的无创性方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate left ventricular function before and after the coronary - artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) by the colored Doppler echocardiography. Materials and Methods EF, CO and mitral E/A spectrum were measured, 2D regional ventricular wall movement were assessed in 99 cases of CABG (69 males , 30 females, aged of 45-66 years) before and after the procedures. Results Significant increase of EF were found in 79 cases, increase of CO in 59 cases and altermation of E/A in 93 cases after CABG. Conclusion Colored B - mode Doppler ultrasonography is useful for evaluating pre - and post - CABG left ventricular function.更多还原
