牙用可降解缓释药膜体内外研究

【摘要】 目的探讨局部缓释治疗牙周病的新方法。方法以明胶为基质与替硝唑(TNZ)混合经交联制成可降解缓释药膜,进行材料的生物相容性评价、体外抑菌及药物的体外释放等方面的研究。结果该药膜基本无组织的毒性刺激、在体内2周已基本被组织吸收、其有效抑菌活性可持续6~7天。结论该药膜具有良好的生物相容性、可降解性、释药性及稳定性,适合牙周局部用药。

【Abstract】 Using local drug delivery for the therapy of periodontal disease could eschew the disadvantage of oral drug administration, that is, the lower local drug concentration and the side effects caused by systemic drug administration. Biodegradable Tinidazole (TNZ) membrane was prepared using biomaterial as matrix and tested in term of its inhibitory effect on the growth of F.nucleum - and B. melaninogenicus 47 - AL.The therapeutic effect of the membrane was also tested on Wistar rats with periodontitis by implanting the membrane into periodontal pocket. The observation made in five days after the implantation showed that the therapeutic effect was significant.
