颞下颌关节音分析的临床应用研究
Clinical application and researching of the analysis to temporomandibular joint sounds
【摘要】 目的:探讨以TMJ音分析作为TMJ损伤及病变临床诊断和病理研究方法的可行性。材料和方法:利用线性谱分析和非线性分形分析两种方法对健康人和TMD患者的TMJ音进行分析。结论:结果表明,两种方法均能正确识别健康人和TMD患者的TMJ音,但谱分析法仍需依靠医生的临床经验。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the feasibility of the analysis to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) sounds as one method of clinical diagnosis and pathological research to damage and pathological change of TMJ. Materials and methods: Analyzed the TMJ sound signal of the normal subjects and patients with temporomandibular disorders (TMD) using tow methods-the linear spectral analysis and the nonlinear fractal analysis.Conclusion: The results showed:Tow methods all can accurate distinguish TMJ sounds signal of the normal subjects from patients with TMD. But spectral analysis still cling to clinical experience of the doctors.
