用测量的6MV医用电子直线加速器X射线能谱验证放疗剂量的初步研究
Primary application investigation of dose verification using measured bremsstrahlung X-ray spectra of 6 MV medical linear accelerator
【摘要】 本研究工作用实验测量的北京医疗器械研究所生产的6MV电子直线加速器X射线谱作为输入数据,计算加速器水箱测量的基本数据PDD和OAR曲线并和实验测量的相应曲线进行比较。这里的X射线能谱是经过MonteCarlo程序EGS4的模拟计算结果验证过的。从比较的结果看,无论能谱测量、MonteCarlo模拟结果,还是通过PDD和OAR曲线的测量和计算,都证明把衰减法测量的X射线能谱作为对未知头部结构的加速器进行放疗计划验证的技术路线是可行的。
【Abstract】 With the measured X-ray energy spectra of a 6 MV medical linear accelerator produced by Beijing Medical Equipment Institute by the attenuation method and analysis decomposition algorism- the PDD- OAR curves of the accelerator were calculated- which were compared with directly measured data of PDD- OAR curves for same accelerator. The results showed that the attenuation method and our decomposition algorism is reliable-which can be used for verification for radiotherapeutical treatment plan.
