【摘要】 目的　研究 2型糖尿病合并结核病人肺功能的变化 ,分析可能影响因素 ,指导临床治疗。方法　测定 3 6例 2型糖尿病合并肺结核病人肺功能各项指标 ,并与 2 7例无肺结核的 2型糖尿病人做对照。结果　 2型糖尿病合并肺结核人的肺功能各项指标均明显低于无合并结核病的 2型糖尿病病人 ,且低氧血症发生率明显高于无合并肺结核组。各项肺功能指标下降与合并肺结核的严重程度呈负相关 ;弥散功能与代谢控制水平密切相关。结论　 2型糖尿病合并肺结核人肺功能明显下降 ,其主要影响因素是结核病的病变程度和糖尿病的病程程度及代谢控制水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of lung functions in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with complication of tuberculosis and the relationship between those functions and diabetes duration and the level of metabolic control.Methods Patients(38 female,25male)with age of 20～69yr. were selected. Among them,36 with tuberculosis, while the other no signs of any chronic complications were in the control group.Results The mean values of vital capacity(VC), inspiratory capacity(IC), total lung capacity(TLC), forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), and diffusion of lung with carbon monoxide(DLCO) of diabetic patients with tuberculosis were lower than those in control group; the degree of tuberculosis was negative correlated with VC, IC, TLC, FVC, Vmax and DLCO.Conclusions Abnormal lung functions exist in NIDDM patients with tuberculosis. Main effective factors to lung functions are the degree of complication with tuberculosis and the level of metabolic control.更多还原
