【摘要】 目的　探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术 ( LA)与传统阑尾切除术 ( CA)的优缺点。方法　对手术病理确诊的阑尾炎 1 0 0例按患者的意愿随机进行 LA组和 CA组 ,每组各 5 0例。并对其临床资料进行统计、对比、分析。结果　 LA与 CA的手术时间无明显差异 ,LA在术后疼痛程度、术后住院时间、术后切口感染率等方面明显好于 CA,LA的治疗费用则明显高于 CA。结论　LA与 CA比较 ,具有明显的、不容置疑的诸多优势 ,LA将逐步取代 CA成为医学界公认的、首选的、标准的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the merits and defects of Laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) and those of conventional appendectomy(CA).Methods 50 cases of LA and 50 cases of CA were performed in random. The clinical data of two methods were summarized and contrasted, analyzed late.Results There is no deference between two methods in the mean operative time. LA has much less postoperative pain, mean postoperative hospital stay and rate of incision injection than CA but a extremely higher expenditure.Conclusions It is no doubt that LA have many advantages obviously compare with CA. It will become a general acknowledge, standard operative method altering CA gradually in medical area.更多还原
