【摘要】 目的　探讨异丙酚复合安定麻醉用于人工流产术的安全性。方法　选择早孕 6～ 1 0周 ,要求做人工流产术的妇女 30 0例 ,随机分成 3组 ,每组各 1 0 0例 , 组用异丙酚 ( 1 mg/kg) +安定 ( 0 .0 8～ 1 mg/kg)进行麻醉 ; 组用单纯异丙酚 ( 2 .5 mg/kg)麻醉 ; 组为对照组用利多卡因局麻。 、 组术中按需要追加异丙酚 30～ 5 0 mg。结果　 、 组镇痛效果明确 ,与 组比较有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;麻醉恢复、出血量及宫缩情况三组无明显差异。结论　结论 :异丙酚复合安定麻醉用于人工流产术达到镇痛完全、生命体征平稳的效果 ,因此 ,特别适用于具有高危因素的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To eveluate safety of Propofol combined with Dizepam anesthesia in artificial abortion.Methods 300 patients with 6~12 weeks fatus were randomly divided into 3 groups. The anesthesia was administrated of Propofol 1mg/kg and 0.08~0.1mg/kg(group Ⅰ,n=100) or propofol 2.5mg/kg(group Ⅱ,n=100),the dose of propofol 30~50mg was given when the patient quested; the group Ⅲ was the control group with local anesthesia.Results The analgesic effects were complete in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and significant differences to group Ⅲ( P <0.01);compared with groupⅠ and Ⅱ,Bp and SPO 2 decreased significantly in group Ⅱ( P <0.05);Regaination conciousness from anesthesia、bleeding volumes and contractions of uterus had no significant differences in three groups.Conclusions Propofol combined with Dizepam anesthesia has analgesic effect complete and steady life sign in artificial abortion ,so it is more safe to patient with high risk factors.更多还原
