【摘要】 目的　研究苯那普利与螺内酯联合治疗充血性心力衰竭 ( CHF)并发室性心律失常的临床疗效及安全性。方法　对 1 0 0例 CHF并发室性心律失常病例进行临床研究 ,观察其加用苯那普利与螺内酯后心功能及临床征象的变化。结果　用药后 97%的病例室性期前收缩明显减少 ,有短阵室性心动过速或 R onT现象者用药后消失 ,95 %病例用药后心功能改善 1级以上 ( NYHA分级 ) ,临床症状明显好转。全部病例钾离子稳定在正常范围 ,无 1例高钾血症发生。结论　苯那普利与螺内酯联合治疗 CHF并室性心律失常疗效肯定 ,可靠 ,安全性好 ,副作用少 ,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the clinical effect and safety of banazapril accompanied with spironolactone for treatment of congestie heart failure(CHF) and ventricular arrhythmia.Methods One hundred patients with CHF and ventricular arrhythmia were enrolled in this clinical study.Observation of the alternation of heart function and the clinical effects were made after using banazapril and spironolactone.Results Ventricular premature beat of 97% cases reduced obviously.Partial ventricular tachycardia of R on T phenomena of some patients disappeared.Furthermore,the heart function of 95% patients improved to over 1 class(by NYHA) and clinical signs became better obviously.Potassium ions of all cases kept stable within normal limits and nobody got hyperpotassemia.Conclusions The combination of banazapril and spironolactone is absolutely reliable and safe for the patients with CHF and worth popularizing.更多还原
