【摘要】 目的　总结小腿内侧逆行筋膜皮瓣远位修复创面的经验。方法　结合真皮下血管网超薄皮瓣移植技术 ,设计小腿内侧逆行筋膜皮瓣远位修复创面。结果　 1例主因人为造成蒂部牵拉卡压和皮瓣受压引致坏死 ,其余皮瓣成活 ,断蒂时间最早 5～ 7天 ,全部创面修复。结论　小腿内侧逆行筋膜皮瓣血运恒定丰富、可供面积大、断蒂时间约 1周、皮瓣成活率高、为膝部以远难治性创面提供简单安全实用的修复方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the replanted value of antidromic fasciocutaneous flap of medial crus.Methods Repairing difficulty remedy hurt of other places with antidromic fascioutaneous flap,using the technology of supper thin flap’s replant.Results All cases were repaired excep 1 case because of flap supppressed;the most early time of living was 5~7 days.Conclusions The antidromie fascioutaneous flap of medial crus are sufficient in blood perfused and size.It is a simple and safe repairing method,using antidromic fasciocutaneous flap to repair diffcult treathing hurt of other places.更多还原
