【摘要】 居民广泛的社区参与是西方社区发展实践的经验和我国城市社区建设的目标之一。由于我国城市社区建设的动力来自于政府 ,而非社会自身 ,因此 ,城市居民缺乏社区参与的传统和社区参与的意识。居民对社区事务和社区建设活动普遍缺乏参与的动机和愿望 ,这一状况也直接影响到城市社区建设的进一步深入。本文在田野调查的基础上 ,选取了一个社区居委会进行深入的个案分析。通过对这一个案中居民社区参与的基本特点的描述 ,力图找到影响居民社区参与的可能原因 ,并就如何提高居民社区参与提出对策建议更多还原

【Abstract】 Residents’ extensive participation in the community affairs is one of the goals of the urban community construction in our country. However, since the motivation to build urban communities comes from the government instead of the society itself, the urban residents are lacking in the tradition and consciousness to participate in community affairs, which produces an impact directly on the further construction of urban communities. This dissertation is a case of a residential committee based on the wide-ranging field researches. Through the account of the basic characteristics of the residential participation, the author tries to find out the possible causes which affect residential participation in community affairs, and to give countermeasures and suggestions on how to propel residential participation in community affairs.更多还原
