【摘要】 目的 对深圳市1996-2001年卫生资源配置状况进行评价,为卫生行政部门对深圳市卫生资源的正确认识、合理配置、规划、决策提供依据。方法利用Delphi法确定评价指标,综合评价方法采用秩和比法。结果深圳市卫生资源投入、产出逐年递增,1996-2000年卫生资源配置为良,2001年卫生资源配置为优。结论 近几年来,深圳市卫生资源配置得到进一步优化,取得了较大的社会经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The allocation and utilization efficiency of health resources in Shenzhen from 1996 to 2001 has been analyzed and evaluated to give some referrences to the health administrative sectors for correctly understanding, rationally allocating, programming and making decision on health resources of Shenzhen. Method Using Delphi to determine the index of evaluation and the essay fixed the standard of evaluation analyzed using Rank sum ratio. Result The investment and output on health resouces in Shenzhen are increasing year by year. From 1996 to 2000, the allocation of health resouces in Shenzhen was satisfying, and in 2001, the situation became excellent. Conclusion In recent years, the allocation and utilization efficiency of health resources in Shenzhen has been so greatly improved that the city achieved obvious social and economic benefits.更多还原
