【摘要】 目的　研究剖宫产的影响因素 ,探讨降低非必要因素 (如社会因素 )造成剖宫产的解决办法。方法　采用整群随机抽样 ,在武汉市 5所妇幼保健所调查 4 5 3名围生期妇女 ,对数据进行多元逐步回归、相关分析和聚类分析。结果　剖宫产前 4位影响因素依次为骨盆狭窄或畸形、重度妊高征、双胎、胎位异常。同时社会因素对分娩方式也产生一定的影响。结论　剖宫产的影响因素众多 ,应尽量减少非必须剖宫产 ,以保护母亲与婴儿的健康更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the influencing factors of cesarean delivery, and to discuss the related solutions Methods Cluster and random sampling was conducter to sample 453 perinatal women in fiver maternal and children health care institutes in Wuhan, and logistic regression analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis were conducted to analyze the data Result The first four influencing factors of cesarean delivery wre constriction and abnormal of pelvis, severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, twin pregnancy and abnormal fetal position At the same time, delivery methods were influenced by social factors Conclusion There were many influencing factors of cesarean delivery, and measures must be adopted to reduce dispensable cesarean delivery for the health of mother and fetus更多还原
