【摘要】 玉溪市个体私营经济自改革开放以来得到了长足的发展 ,规模总量不断增加。但是 ,与此同时也存在政策落实不到位、扶持力度减弱等诸多问题。为进一步推动玉溪个体私营经济的发展 ,需要着力解决好以下几个问题 :1.进一步解放思想、提高认识、明确任务 ;2 .加大政策扶持力度 ;3.创造良好的投资环境 ;4 .建立和完善融资担保机构 ;5 .解决好企业用地问题 ;6 .抓好个体、私营经济园区建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yuxi’s privately-owned enterprises have been well developed since China adopted her reform and opening-up policy. However, there still exist problems of the failures in implementing the policies, the weakness in support, etc. To promote the development of Yuxi’s privately-owned enterprises, we should further free ourselves from the old ideas to have a better understanding of what we should do, enhance the policy of support, create a benign environment for investment, set up and perfect the financing and insuring institutes, supply enough land to the privately-owned enterprises and pay attention to the construction of the economic zones of the privately-owned enterprises.更多还原
