【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate a modified operation technique with the chronic renal failure rats by great part nephrectomy. Methods :The effect and safety were compared between the two operative techniques in rats great part nephrectomy. Results: Infectious rate incised in rats in abdomen center was 26.7%, mortality rate of it was 13.3% . None of the rats incised in back were infected or dead ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion; Great part nephrectomy with chronic renal failure rat models is easy to carry out, the back incision is the more excellent nephrectomy operative technique.更多还原
