【摘要】 目的:观察正健液对小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力和丙二醛（MDA）含量的影响。方法:分别给予小鼠正健液1.0,2.0,4.0g·kg^-1·d（-1）,连接灌胃30d,检测血清中SOD活力及MDA含量。结果:小鼠血清SOD活力随剂量增加而增强,MDA含量随剂量增加而逐步降低。结论:正健液具有提高小鼠血清SOD活力和降低MDA含量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe Zhengjian liquor effect on SOD activity and MDA content in mice serum. Methods: Different doses of Zhengjian liquor (1.0,2.0,4.0g·kg-1·d-1) were respectively given to mice for 30 successive days. After that SOD activity and MDA content in serum were measured.Result:SOD activity was increased and MDA content was lowered as the does went up. Conclusion:Zhengjian liquor possesses the action of increasing SOD activity and reducing MDA content in mice serum.更多还原
