【摘要】 目的:观察锌剂治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:给42例反复呼吸道感染患儿口服葡萄糖酸锌,每日10mg元素锌,疗程3个月,观察疗效,并设对照组比较。结果:补锌组年平均发病次数从8.2±1.2减少到4.3±1.3(P<0.01),较对照组7.8±1.4也有非常显著差异(P<0.01);补锌组平均每次患病天数为(7.8±2.1)d,明显短于对照组(8.9±2.4)d(P<0.05)。结论:补充锌剂对儿童反复呼吸道感染有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of zinc on recurrent infection of respiratory tract in children. Method: Zine gluconate o-rally taken was administrated to 42 children with recurrent infection of respiratory tract. The dosage was 10mg zinc per day for 3 months. Then the effect was compared with that of control group. Results: The times of episodes in treatment group ( from 8.2 ± 1.2 to 4.3 ± 1.3) dropped significantly compared with the control group (7.8?1.4)(P<0.01); The average duration of sickness of the treatment group(7.8 ± 2. 1d) was significantly shorter than that of the control group (8.9 ± 2.4d)( P<0.05) .
