【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)的早期诊治的作用。方法:对小儿脑瘫92例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:用中西医结合的综合康复疗法进行治疗,显效21例,有效39例,进步15例,总有效率81.52％;其中1岁以内22例,显效14例,有效7例,总有效率95.5％。结论:小儿脑瘫的治疗及预后关键在于早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of early diagnosis and early cure of cerebral pasly (CP) in children.Methods:The clinical data of 92 cases of the CP was retrospectively analysed.Results:92 children with CP were treated by combined use of TCM and WM rehabilitation therapy.The results indicated that 21 cases showed excellent curative effect,39 cases showed curative effect and 15 cases showed a little curative effect curative effect,the total effective rate was 81.52% .From 22 cases below 1 year old, 14 cases showed excellent,the total effective rate was 95.5% .Conclusion:The key to the prognosis and treatment of CP is early diagnosis.更多还原
