【Abstract】 Column-switching high-performance liquid chromatography and its coupled techniques with on-line dialysis,on-line derivatization, etc., applied to biopharmaceutical analysis,including on-line elimination of protein,direct injection of whole blood samples,on-line concentration and clean-up were reviewed.
