【Abstract】 Factor Xa is a trypsin like serine protease and it plays a pivotal role in the blood coagulation cascade. Recent researches have indicated that Factor Xa is a very attractive target. Factor Xa and its inhibitors are of great importance to the development of orally active antithrombotic agents.
