高校引智的特点、地位与作用
The Characteristic, the Status and the Functions ofthe Indraught of the Foreign Brains in the Higher Learning
【摘要】 高校引智具有五个特点,它在高校的建设发展中具有重要的意义,处于战略的地位,同时又处于服从和服务的地位,它具有四个重要的作用。
【Abstract】 The indraught of the foreign brains in the higher learning has five characteristics and four important functions.Having the strategic, subordinate and serving status, it is of vital importance to the building and the development of thecolleges and universities in our country.[
