论医学院校青年教师创新教育能力的培养
On the Cultivation of the Creative Education Ability of the Young Teachers in Medical Colleges
【摘要】 本文依据21世纪医学发展趋势,分析了21世纪医学创新教育面临的问题,阐述了医学院校青年教师创新教育能力培养的必要性,提出了医学院校青年教师创新教育能力培养的对策。
【Abstract】 This article expatiated the development trend of the 21st century, analyzed the problems that medical edu-cation of the 21st century faces and the necessity of cultivating the young teachers’ creative ability in medical educationand put forward the countermeasures.[
