【Abstract】 The engineering method and the technique of constructing New Broadband Access Network (BAN) in CATV system with FTTLan Technologies is discussed in this paper. The development of BAN at present, the comparison and selection of different BAN systems are also discussed. BAN based on FTTLan Technologies is combined with the reformation of HFC network. We proposed a physical model and some principles for design and application of BAN. In order to set up a new operation grade BAN with higher performance and more powerful administration capability, a higher management standard and a more effective certification method should be adopted.更多还原
