【摘要】 目的　探讨挫伤性晶状体脱位合并继发性青光眼的临床特点与治疗效果。方法　对 2 1例因眼挫伤致晶状体脱位继发青光眼手术治疗临床观察。结果　术后眼压控制在 2 1mmHg以下者 19例 ,有效率达 90 47%。视力恢复在 0 0 5以上者由术前的 5例 (2 3 81% )增到 11例 (5 2 3 8% ) ,术后盲目者由术前的 76 19%降至 47 62 %。结论　手术治疗能有效的控制眼压并提高视力降低盲目率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of traumatic lens subluxation complicated with glaucoma and the surgical results.Methods 21 cases(21 eyes) of traumatic lens subluxation complicated with glaucoma were observed and received surgical treatment. Results After surgery,intraocular pressure was controlled below 21 mmHg in 19 cases(90.47%).Before surgery,visual acuity was better than 0.05 only in 5 eyes,after surgery,11 eyes got over it. Conclusion Surgcal treatment of traumatic lens subluxation complicated with glaucoma can effectivly control intraocular pressure and reduce the rate of blindness.更多还原
