【摘要】 目的　探讨颞侧角膜隧道切口及对侧辅助切口的“对应双切口法” ,治疗严重挫伤性前房积血的临床效果。方法　对 1996年以来的 12 1例严重挫伤性前房积血手术后病例作回顾性研究。结果　追踪随访 12 1例中 ,术后视力≥ 0 3者97眼 (80 2 % ) ,其中≥ 0 6者 61眼 (5 0 4% ) ;视力未提高者 9眼 (7 4% )。眼压正常者 115眼 (95 % )。结论　以“对应双切口法”治疗严重挫伤性前房积血 ,手术安全、术后视力恢复好 ,眼压控制佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore curative effect of corresponding dual incisions in serious hyphema after ocular contusion.Methods studied 121 cases of serious hyphema after ocular contusion treated by operation since 1996. Results Of the 121 cases,visions were≥0.3(80.2%)in 97 eyes,61 eyes visions were≥0.6(50.4%),9 eyes visions were not improved(7.4%),151 eyes pressures were normal(95%). Conclusion Operation through corresponding dual incisions is safe and deserves spreading.更多还原
