翼状胬肉切除术后角膜地形图改变
Corneal topographic changes after excision of pterygia
【摘要】 目的 探讨翼状胬肉术后角膜地形图的改变。方法 对40例(40眼)翼状胬肉行手术切除,分别于术前、术后使用角膜地形图仪进行检测,记录术前、术后角膜地形图主要参数、最佳矫正视力,并进行统计学分析。结果 角膜地形图参数:平均地形图散光术前(5.08±2.75)D,术后(3.33±2.38)D;平均中央角膜球形屈光度术前(42.94±2.64)D,术后(44.08±3.00)D;平均角膜地理中心与视轴中心距离术前(1.31±1.00)mm,术后(0.70±0.69)mm;平均角膜表面形态系数SF术前(0.47±0.21),术后(0.38±0.18);平均角膜表面不规则指数CIM术前(3.34±1.24),术后(2.03±1.31),上述参数术前与术后,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。平均最佳矫正视力术前(0.50±0.35),术后(0.66±0.34)二者差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 翼状胬肉切除术能明显改善术前角膜地形图的不规则形态,有利于提高视力和视觉质量。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate corneal topographic changes after excision of pterygia. Methods Using the corneal topography analysis system, we analyzed the changes in topographic parameters and the best corrected vision before and after surgical removal of pterygia in 40 eyes. Results The refractive power at the central optical zone was(42. 94±2.64)D before surgery and (44.08±3.00)D after surgery(P<0.05). The topographic astigmatism was (5.08±2.75) D before surgery and (3.33±2.38)D after surgery(P<0.05).The distance between the apex of corneal and the optical center was (1.31±1.00)mm before surgery and (0.70±0.69)mm after surgery(P<0.05).SF(shape factor) was (0.47±0.21) before surgery and (0.38±0.18) after surgery (P<0.05).CIM(corneal irregularity measure)was (3.34±1.24)before surgery and (2.03±1.32) after surgery(P<0.05).The best corrected acuity was (0.50±0.35) before surgery and (0.66±0.34) after surgery(P<0.05). Conclusion Surgical exicision can improve abnormal corneal topographic changes significantly induced by pterygia.
