【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童眼内炎的治疗方法。方法　回顾分析儿童外伤性化脓性眼内炎 ,行玻璃体内注药并行玻璃体切除术者 3 8例 (Ⅰ组 )与单纯玻璃体内注药者 2 4例 (Ⅱ组 )的治疗效果。结果　两组治疗治愈率相似 ,但显效率Ⅰ组为 5 0 % ,Ⅱ组为 12 5 % ,差异具有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。Ⅰ组中 7天内行玻切者有效率高于 7天后手术者。结论　尽早玻璃体内注药并进行玻璃体切除术可提高儿童眼内炎的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment results of severe traumatic endophthalmitis in children.Methods To compare the effects of 38 endophthalmitis children (group Ⅰ) in vitrectomy and intravitreal antibiotic injections.Results Between the two groups,the rate of curative effects were similar,while the marked curative effects in group Ⅰ (50%) was significantly higher than that of the group Ⅱ (12.5%).Conclusion It was obviously that early vitrectomy and intravitreal injection may increase the curative effects of severe endophthalimitis in children.更多还原
