【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童外伤白内障人工晶状体植入术的手术时机 ,效果和并发症。方法　分析了 18例 ( 18眼 ) 3～ 11岁儿童外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术。结果　术后裸眼视力多数优于 0 1。随访 1～ 4年 8眼 ,矫正视力 1 0者 3眼 ,0 91眼 ,0 1～ 0 42眼 ,0 1以下 2眼。术后早期并发症有角膜水肿、葡萄膜反应及前房絮状渗出。晚期并发症有后发白内障、虹膜后粘连机化膜形成、瞳孔变形移位、人工晶状体瞳孔夹持及继发性青光眼。结论　儿童外伤性白内障植入人工晶状体有利小儿双眼单视功能。术后并发症比成人多。手术时间以伤后 2周至 2月为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the timing,effect and complication of IOL implantation in the children with traumatic cataract.Methods analysed 18 cases (18 eyes) of IOL implantation in children aged 3-11 years with traumatic cataract.Results The best corrected visual acuity was 1.0 in 3 cases,≥0.1 in 16 cases,<0.1 in 2 cases.The early complications were corneal edema,uveitis and exudate in the anterior chamber.The later complications were posterior synechia of the iris,formation of membrane,irregular pupil,IOL pupilary capture,secondary glaucoma.Conclusion IOL implantation in the children with traumatic cataract is propitious for binocular single vision,but the complications are more serious than in adult.The time of operation is better in 2 weeks to 2 months after trauma.更多还原
