【摘要】 目的　探讨下斜肌亢进的手术方法及疗效。方法　下斜肌亢进 80例 ,根据垂直斜视度亢进程度及并发症不同 ,将下斜肌手术方式分为 3类 (3组 ) :截除组 48例 ,鞘内断腱组 16例 ,转位组 16例。结果　 80例随访平均 6月 ,截除组治愈44例 (91 67% ) ;鞘内断腱组治愈 14例 (87 5% ) ;转位组治愈 10例 (62 5% )。下斜肌截除组效果最好 ,经统计学处理 ,3组间治愈率差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论　下斜肌亢进没有固定的手术模式 ,根据术前垂直斜视角大小、下斜肌亢进程度及是否合并垂直分离性斜视 (DVD) ,选择不同的手术方式均能取得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the surgical methods and the effects of inferior oblique hyperfunction. Methods 80 cases were falls into three groups in accordance with ve rtical angle of strabismus and complication in methods of operation.48 cases wit h the myectomy of inferior oblique,16 cases with the myotenotomy within the shee th of inferior oblique and 16 cases with the inferior oblique recession front pa rt reverse. Results After follow_up of 6 (1 5-36) months,the first group,in cluding 44 cases were cured (91 67%);The second group,14 cases were cured (87 5%);The third group,10 cases were cured(62 5%)( P >0 05).
