【摘要】 目的　观察鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法　对 5 8例慢性泪囊炎在鼻内镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果　随访 2～ 2 4月 ,治愈 3 8例 ,好转 16例 ,有效率为 93 1%。结论　在鼻内镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术较传统手术方法具有明显的优点 ,如面部无切口、术中出血少、操作简便及疗效较好等更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of endoscopic surgery for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 58 eyes with chronic dacryocystitis accepted dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy.Results During a follow_up period of 2-24 months,38 eyes recovered completely and 16 eyes improved.The effect rate was 93 1%.Conclusion Compare to traditional method,dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy has several advantages such as:no wound on face,little hemorrhage,easy manipulation,high effect rate,etc.更多还原
