【摘要】 目的　探讨玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术的特点及术式选择。方法　玻璃体腔灌注维持眼压经巩膜隧道切口行前房人工晶状体植入或后房人工晶状体缝线固定术。术后随访 3～ 2 5月。结果　 17例 (17眼 )中术后视力0 .1～ 0 .2者 6眼 (3 5 .2 % ) ,≥ 0 .3者 11眼 (64 .7% )。前房人工晶状体植入 ,与后房人工晶状体缝线固定术二者间术后视力和并发症差异均无显著性意义。并发症有玻璃体积血 2眼 ,人工晶状体瞳孔夹持 2眼。结论　玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼的人工晶状体植入手术 ,最好采用玻璃体腔灌注及巩膜隧道切口以使术中维持良好的眼压更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics and surgical selection of intraocular lens implantation (IOL) for aphakic eyes after vitrectomy.Methods A pars plana irrigating port was made to maintain intraocular pressure (IOP),IOL was implanted into anterior chamber or posterior chamber by scleral fixation through scleral tunnel.The follow up time was from 3 25 months.Results In all of the 17 eyes,visual acuity was 0.1 0.2 in 6 eyes(35.2%).≥0.3 in 11 eyes(64.7%).There was no difference between anterior IOL implantation and posterior chamber IOL fixation in visual acuity and complication.The main complications included vitreous hemorrhage in 2 eyes and IOL capture in another eyes.Conclusion IOL implantation for aphakic eyes after vitrectomy,vitreous irrigating and scleral tunnel incision can effectively maintain IOP during surgery.更多还原
