【摘要】 目的 探讨青光眼合并白内障施行三联手术的方法,评价其疗效。方法 对11眼青光眼合并白内障实行白内障囊外摘出、后房型人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗;对8眼实行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术。结果 术后平均随访9.6月,19眼眼压均低于21mmHg(1mmHg=0.133 kPa);视力提高16眼(84.2％)。术后并发症有角膜水肿、浅前房。结论 三联手术治疗青光眼合并白内障是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the methods and effects of phacoemulsifi-cation (Phaco) or extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (PC-IOL) combined with trabeculectomy . Methods 11 eyes were treated with combined procedure of EECE,PC-IOL and trabeculectomy.8 eyes were treated with combined procedure of Phaco,PC-IOL and trabeculectomy.Results After a mean follow-up period of 9.6 months, 16 eyes(84.2%) had improved visual acuity. 19 eyes(100%) had normal IOP.The complication after surgery were corneal edema and shallow anterior chamber. Conclusion The Phaeo or ECCE and PC-IOL combined with trabeculectomy was safe and effectvie.更多还原
