【摘要】 目的 评价隧道式小切口白内障囊外摘出术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床疗效。方法 对高度近视合并白内障56例(59眼)行隧道式小切口白内障囊外摘出并人工晶状体植入术,观察术中和术后并发症及视力。结果 术中无并发症发生,术后随访6月,视力<0.1者5眼,0.1～0.4者12眼,≥0.5者42眼。高度近视性眼底病变是白内障术后视力不佳的原因。结论 隧道式小切口囊外摘出术是在相对密封的状态下操作,因而对高度近视较为安全,植入人工晶状体是必需的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) for high myopia with cataract.Methods 56 cases (59 eyes) of high myopia with cataract underwent small incision ECCE and intraocular lens implantation through scleral tunnel, intraoper- alive and postoperative complications and vision were observed. Results There was no intraoperative complication took place. 6 months after surgery,visual acuity was lower than 0.1 in 5 eyes.0.1-0.4 in 12 eyes, ≥ 0.5 in 42 eyes. Myopic retinopathy was the main cause of low vision. Conclusion Small incision ECCE through scleral tunnel is operated in a relative colsed condition, so is a safety and viable method for patients of high myopia with cataract.更多还原
